The National Association of REALTORS® named Spanish Fork, Utah, Realtor Kenny Parcell as its 2023 president at the NAR NXT convention in Orlando, Florida, this week.
Parcell, who is preceded by 2022 President Leslie Rouda Smith, is broker-owner of Equity Real Estate Utah. He served as NAR’s vice president of government affairs in 2018 and was the REALTOR® Party RPAC fundraising liaison in 2017.
NAR also named Nampa, Idaho, Realtor Tracy Kasper as its 2023 president-elect. Kasper has served on the NAR Board of Directors since 2016.
Other incoming leaders for 2023 include:
- First vice president, Kevin Sears, broker/partner of Sears Real Estate in Springfield, Massachusetts.
- Treasurer, Gregory Hrabcak, head of Hanna Commercial Real Estate’s commercial and property management divisions in Westerville, Ohio.
- Vice president of association affairs, Margo Wheeler, managing broker at John L. Scott Real Estate in Tacoma, Washington.
- Vice president of advocacy, Pete Kopf, principal broker-owner of Kopf Hunter Haas Realtors® in Cincinnati.
