Chris Franquemont, a 20-year lending industry veteran, has returned to Rate after one year at CrossCountry Mortgage. He previously spent five years with Rate.

Franquemont is one of Denver’s top-performing loan officers. In 2024, he funded $38 million across 103 loans.
