Dream Finders Homes began sales in Hidden Creek, a new-home community in Frederick.

The builder has 50 homesites for sale and is offering eight floor plans ranging from 1,894 to 2,943 square feet.

“Rapid population growth, insufficient construction of new homes due partially to rising construction costs has led to a significant shortage,” said David Zalupski, vice president of sales and marketing. “In addition to providing more housing options in the area, Hidden Creek offers buyers a quiet, peaceful location that’s also close to shopping and dining.”

Dream Finders is also actively building in Argenta, Geos, The Reserve at Looking Glass, Parkside West at Baseline, Prospect Village at Sterling Ranch and Uplands and will add over 3,200 homes to the region in the next few years.
