Alex Rice, has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty. He worked for the brokerage for four years before transitioning to milehimodern. He will now operate out of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury office in Denver.

Rice specializes in the luxury market, working with buyers, sellers and investors along Colorado’s Front Range. Throughout his career, he’s overseen more than $100 million in sales. Before entering real estate career, he ran a martial arts school.
