What do you love most about the industry?
No two days are ever the same. Every transaction brings new opportunities, challenges and relationships. Most importantly, I get to help people navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives and be part of such a meaningful milestone.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Through my commitment to building genuine relationships, providing personalized service and always putting my clients’ best interests first. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction. It’s a major life milestone. I strive to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible by being approachable, proactive and dedicated every step of the way.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Navigating the uncertainty and emotions that come with such a significant life decision. Every client and transaction is different, and my goal is to remain patient, proactive and solution-oriented while keeping my clients’ best interests at the forefront. I’ve learned that clear communication, setting expectations and being a steady source of support can make all the difference.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Denver?
Denver Union Station is one of my favorites. I love how it blends historic architecture with modern design while keeping so much character and charm. It’s a great example of how a building can preserve its history while continuing to be a vibrant part of the city.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
One of the more unusual experiences I’ve had on the job was helping a friend sell her dad’s property. The home had been taken over by squatters and left in pretty rough shape, with boarded-up windows and some unexpected environmental concerns, including a positive meth test. Let’s just say it was one of the more challenging properties to show and sell!

I love to slalom water ski.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Naples, Florida! It’s an easy flight, the beaches are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the slower pace makes it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Fun fact: I’m also licensed in real estate in Florida!
What is your favorite city after Denver?
My hometown of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin! I was fortunate to grow up on a lake, so being there brings a sense of familiarity, comfort and nostalgia. There’s something special about being by the water that allows me to slow down, relax and feel at home.
