RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. has named Grady Ligon as its new chief information officer. Ligon brings 20-plus years of experience to the position, as well as his proven track record for integrating technology to enhance business growth.

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Ligon served as the CIO for Fathom Realty and IntelliAgent, LLC., and he held the same position at Prudential Real Estate Services. Prior to those roles, Ligon worked as the vice president of investment bank technology at J.P. Morgan and owned the independent consulting firm Safis Digital. A graduate of Baylor University, Ligon is also a licensed Texas Real Estate agent and a Certified Relocation Professional.

“Grady is a proven, highly effective professional who fits right in with the leadership of our two industry-leading brands,” said RE/MAX CEO Steve Joyce. “His vast experience and track record make him the ideal leader to continue the technology evolution happening within our brands. He has vision, moves quickly and is skilled at mobilizing resources to stay ahead of the competition and accelerate growth. I look forward to seeing what he can accomplish as a part of the RE/MAX Holdings organization.”

“RE/MAX Holdings is a world-class company that needs no introduction, and I’m thrilled to be joining this exceptional team,” said Ligon. “I’m excited to help develop a comprehensive tech strategy closely aligned with our business strategy across these leading brands. There’s a lot to like about the foundation already in place, and I believe we can build an even greater technology edge with even more value for all stakeholders.”
