Compass agent Brittany Morgan recently closed on the sale on 31 Albion Place: the largest residential home sale in Douglas County this year, not based on acreage. Earlier this year, too, Compass agents closed on the largest residential sale in Douglas County with acreage included. 

In addition to Morgan, 31 Albion Place was co-listed with RE/MAX LEADERS agent Ronda Courtney. Formerly the Colorado Home of the Year, the 48,351-square-foot house sold for $6,340,000. The deal closed on Nov. 30. According to a press release from Compass, the buyer found the home through Morgan’s Instagram. 

The press release also highlighted the previous Compass sale of 7007 N. Daniels Park Road. With 55 acres, the property went for $8,040,000. The sale was overseen by agents Jessica Northrop and Jeff Hendley. 

In all, Compass has closed more than $88 million in total sales volume for homes priced $2 million and higher, in Douglas County in 2022.
