Toll Brothers recently opened its newest model homes at ParkVue on the Platte, a gated townhome community in Littleton.  

ParkVue offers three new series of homes: the Encompass Collection, which offers four home designs with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages starting from the low $600,000s; the Heights Collection, which has five home designs with three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths and two-car garages priced from the upper $600,000s; and the Altitude Collection, with four designs of up to 3,404 square feet and three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths and optional rooftop terraces starting from the upper $700,000s.
