Century 21 Prosperity goes independent as Jade Real Estate

by John Yellig

Century 21 Prosperity has transitioned to Jade Real Estate and become an independent boutique brokerage.

The firm, founded three years ago as Century 21 Prosperity by Managing Broker William Lawrence and Kelvin Caiati, serves the Denver metro and the Front Range. The move comes as Century 21’s parent company, Anywhere Real Estate, was acquired by Compass.

Jade currently has about 30 agents and is located at 2570 Lawrence St. in Denver. It’s also in the process of opening another office in Colorado Springs.

The transition to Jade will allow it to refine its brand, systems and experience while maintaining what worked as a Century 21 franchise, according to an announcement. The firm is positioning itself as a “a boutique, agent-centric brokerage” that focuses on competitive and transparent commission structures, design-forward marketing and listing presentation, data-driven strategy and pricing guidance and a mentorship-focused culture.

“The most rewarding part of my role has always been the relationships — working closely with our agents, supporting them through challenges and celebrating their wins,” Lawrence said. “Jade was built to foster that kind of environment, where people feel supported, challenged and genuinely connected to the work they do.”
